There are a lot of different activities near the Playa Bonita hotel in Puerto Peñasco, for hotel guests to take advantage of. One of the more important activities on-site at the hotel is to enjoy the pools. If you like swimming then you will enjoy yourself in the pools at the Hotel Playa Bonita. Perhaps you prefer to just sunbathe there. Either way, you will see that the pools and Jacuzzi at the Playa Bonita hotel offer a fantastic view of the white sandy beaches and the Sea of Cortez.
If you venture just off site of the Playa Bonita hotel, you will find many other activities to take part in. If you like to hop on a quad and explore the terrain, you will find that you can rent quads right outside the hotel. Prices vary and are generally negotiable by the hour. In order to rent a quad in Rocky Point, you will need to supply a credit card and a photo ID. It is important that when riding ATVs you practice safety and always wear a helmet which is provided to you as part of your rental. These ATV’s are not affiliated with Playa Bonita Hotel so riding is done so at your own risk.
Another favorite off site activity near the Playa Bonita hotel is banana boat rides. The cost to ride a banana boat is about $5.00 a person per ride with a life jacket included. Again, this activity is NOT affiliated with the Playa Bonita Hotel so ride at your own risk and wear the provided life jacket. The best way to rent a banana boat is to walk right up to the operators and they will get you going on your ride.
